We are looking for candidates who have great passion in working with people. You will be working with dynamic international Human Resource team, and thrive in two-year trainee program through work on various exciting projects from day one, and under the guidance of your mentor. All HRs will be closely involved in company’s business and strategies at all levels, and partner with leaders across the company to help Espressif have the talent and capabilities needed to win in the highly competitive and dynamic semiconductor / Internet of things markets.
Major Responsibilities
Ⅰ: First stage: you will be involved in various projects in one of the below HR functions to shape professional skills, based on your interest, capabilities and company’s needs.
- Global Talent Acquisition

- Employee Relations
Espressif operates globally with employees from more than 20 nationalities. You will have close relationship with employees to know their concerns and seek ways to improve employee satisfaction. You will be also responsible for operational process during employees’ life cycle in Espressif, including the on-boarding, relocation for foreign staff in headquarter, labor relations maintenance, labor disputes settlement and staff information maintenance.
- Compensation and Benefits
At Espressif, we reward our employee with competitive compensation and benefits. You will take charge of payroll calculation and release based on local laws, benefits management and compensation and benefits improvement programs. Regular report on the analysis of human costs to the management will also be needed.
Ⅱ: Second stage: you will choose to be a generalist or a specialist in the career of human resource. You will be involved in projects more related to company strategy to drive company success, including but not limited to: - Human Resource policies creation and sync with branch offices.

Job Specifications
1. Top students with Bachelor or Master degree;
2. Fluent in English;
3. Must have accurate judgement on people;
4. Must have intermediate knowledge of Excel and Office, and the ability to generate reports;
5. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances, and be a team player;
6. Must have a people-oriented approach to work;
7. HR related work experience is a plus.

岗位职责
第一阶段:项目协调
1、在项目实施过程中与项目经理紧密合作,协助需求规划,评估、开发并实施技术方案;
2、支持关键项目计划制定,推动项目实施过程,并协调团队内部和跨团队资源;
3、定期跟进项目进度,识别潜在风险,并向项目经理报告进展情况。
第二阶段:项目经理
1、独立负责研发或客户相关的项目;
2、制定项目整体计划与跟踪项,为工程师提供定期指导,以确保项目成功;
3、评估项目风险,并基于风险评估制定应急计划,控制项目质量,并确保项目按计划完成。
第三阶段:高级项目经理
1、管理大型、跨部门的复杂项目,与全球业务战略保持一致;
2、基于对技术和市场的深刻理解,积极探索合作机会并定义业务战略,推动项目落地。
任职要求
1、硕士及以上学历,计算机 / 电子工程 / 通信工程 / 自动化或其他相关学科;
2、至少具备一种良好的脚本语言,如 C / C++ / Python / Matlab 等;
3、能够创造性、主动性地分析并解决问题,在压力下高效地工作;
4、优秀的中英文书面和口头沟通表达能力,能够流利使用一门或多门其他语言优先;
5、持有 PMP 证书者优先。
Job Profile Summary
At Espressif, project management trainees play an essential role in both internal R&D and external customer-related projects. You will be working with a passionate team of engineers and scientists from all over the world, focusing on developing cutting-edge wireless communication, low-power, AIoT solutions.
Responsibilities
First Stage: Project Coordinator.
Work closely with the project manager to assist in planning, developing and implementing R&D or customer-related projects;
Assist to identify key stakeholders and required resources, evaluate technical solutions;
Closely monitor critical actions and escalate issues proactively to project manager for removal of project barriers;
Maintain documents associated with the scope of new projects, objectives, processes and outcomes.
Second Stage: Project Manager
Take a leadership role in the implementation of new projects by setting up project plans, tracking action items, coaching engineers, and providing regular guidance to ensure project success;
Identify potential problems and establish contingency plans based on risk assessments;
Take lead on project kick-off and regular meetings, assign team member’s actions, coordinate resources as required till action closed;
Work promptly and efficiently to ensure timely resolution of project problems.
Third Stage: Senior Project Manager
Manage large, complex projects that align with global business strategy;
Proactively explore and identify opportunities for collaboration across multiple stakeholders, help define the business strategy and drive the success of the project execution.
Qualifications
A Master’s degree or above, with a major in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering, Automation, or related fields;
Good skills in at least one scripting language such as C, C++, Python, Matlab, etc.;
The ability to creatively and proactively problem-solve and develop short- and long-term goals;
The ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Fluency in English and preferably one or more other languages;
PMP certification is preferred.
